FAQ
Feedback
It used to be better before the pandemic. There are no more happy hours, and some of the food doesn't meet expectations, yet the prices have increased, as anticipated.
I really don't like giving a 3-star rating or less, but I have to be honest about my experience. I visited on Sunday at 1 PM, and the restaurant is in a lovely location. Not too busy, so we were seated outside right away. The waitstaff were great—no complaints there. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The chicken lettuce wraps were overly oily, and the Mongolian beef was tough and chewy. It seemed overly sweet, possibly to mask the absence of the original Mongolian beef sauce. I'm not blaming the chef; I'm just wondering if rising food prices have led the company to alter their recipes. I've dined at PF Chang's in other countries, and that dish was prepared much better. I hope they take this feedback seriously so we can enjoy their food again in the future.
