I visited on Sunday at 1 PM, and the restaurant is in a lovely location. Not too busy, so we were seated outside right away. The waitstaff were great—no complaints there. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The chicken lettuce wraps were overly oily, and the Mongolian beef was tough and chewy. It seemed overly sweet, possibly to mask the absence of the original Mongolian beef sauce. I'm not blaming the chef; I'm just wondering if rising food prices have led the company to alter their recipes. I've dined at PF Chang's in other countries, and that dish was prepared much better. I hope they take this feedback seriously so we can enjoy their food again in the future.

Chang's is consistently a pleasure to visit, thanks to its menu, ambiance, and attentive service. We made our reservations online and received daily confirmations and reminders. Upon arrival, we were seated within minutes and were treated like royalty by our server, Mimi. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, which we mentioned when booking our table, we were gifted lovely chopsticks with origami swan holders. Additionally, we enjoyed a complimentary dessert that was absolutely delicious! Overall, our experience at P.F. Chang's was truly delightful!

He had such great customer service and... read more Been coming here for years! Food is still really tasty. Today, a young man, named Polo, helped me out at the to-go desk. He had such great customer service and was so precise about every item in my large to go order. Then showed me each item and made sureit was correct and to our satisfaction. Very pleased!
