Cashier needs more training. Could not do math for customer before me when given extra pennies to reduce change. As soon as I picked it up, ever... read more I placed an online order through the mobile app, and when I picked it up and brought it home, my burrito wasn't folded properly. As soon as I picked it up, everything fell out, and what remained tasted old and unappealing. I usually go to another location, but I chose this one since it was closer to me, and I won’t be returning. I was highly disappointed with the quality.

There were numerous food items unavailable, so I had to wait. The portions were also quite small. The cashier seemed more interested in their phone than serving customers and argued with me about charging for an entire side when I only wanted a small amount of sour cream. I reached out to corporate, but the only response I got was, "We'll do better next time." This location seems to be managed by a group of teenagers who clearly don’t care at all.

Worst experience. Went in to pickup my food. Found that my bag had someone else 's food. 30 min after I was do to pick up my food I asked still was not ready. I... read more Worst experience. Went in to pickup my food. Found that my bag had someone else 's food. 30 min after I was do to pick up my food I asked still was not ready. I asked if I could have chips and guacamole since I 'd been waiting so long they said no. 15 min later I asked the cashier, he got an attitude and said the manager was taking care of it. I asked to speak with the manager, the cashier said they were coming. 1 full hour later and a few minutes I asked where the manager was. The manager comes out gets an attitude with me and says. You want your food right? . At this point I wasn 't just hungry I was angry. I have been going to chipotle since they opened in the East coast as I 've moved around alot. No one has ever screwed up my order like this and no one has ever given me attitude and then to also get it from the manager. This was outrageous. I also don 't write reviews but this experience needed to be put out. If I could put negative stars I would.
