As soon as I picked it up, ever... read more I placed an online order through the mobile app, and when I picked it up and brought it home, my burrito wasn't folded properly. As soon as I picked it up, everything fell out, and what remained tasted old and unappealing. I usually go to another location, but I chose this one since it was closer to me, and I won’t be returning. I was highly disappointed with the quality.

There were numerous food items unavailable, so I had to wait. The portions were also quite small. The cashier seemed more interested in their phone than serving customers and argued with me about charging for an entire side when I only wanted a small amount of sour cream. I reached out to corporate, but the only response I got was, "We'll do better next time." This location seems to be managed by a group of teenagers who clearly don’t care at all.
