Be Good Experience - Temecula
Be Good Experience
Description
Overall, the experience at Be Good restaurant was mixed. While some customers enjoyed the hot stone service and great food, others encountered issues with long wait times, poor service, and even flies hovering around. The inconsistency in quality and service left many customers feeling disappointed, with some mentioning that the restaurant was no longer their go-to spot. Communication mishaps, missing menu items, and a lack of entertainment contributed to a decrease in satisfaction levels. While some diners still had positive interactions with the staff and enjoyed their meals, the overall consensus was that Be Good fell short of expectations.

This is a renown restaurant in Temecula, California and I'm happy they’re opening other locations! All the food is delicious and filling. The atmosphere is immaculate and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are also some special activities andareas to the restaurant. (Not to spoil any surprises)! Make sure to check this restaurant out and leave a great review after youhave a good time. Be Good!
This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and it happened to be on my birthday. We decided to try the Hot Stone Experience, which included steak and shrimp. It was fun to see the server sing a song as they brought the hot stone out to our table. The meal turned out quite well. As a bonus, I received a complimentary ice cream sundae, which the server also brought out while singing happy birthday. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
This was our first time trying BGR, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. The servers were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. However, we did notice that it took a while for our orders to be taken and for them to check on us (possibly due to it being a busy day). Despite this, my daughter loved her mac and cheese with tater tots, my husband enjoyed his empanada, and I ordered the volcano burger. I'm not a fan of burger bread, so I found the burger to be a bit bland. I still ate it, but didn't finish it. Luckily, it had jalapeños which added a little bit of spice. Overall, I would rate it a 4 out of 5 considering that my husband and daughter enjoyed their meals. I am willing to go back and try some other dishes.
I was disappointed with the enchiladas; they didn't meet my expectations. The ambiance wasn't appealing either. I made a reservation through OpenTable, expecting to be seated inside the restaurant, but instead we ended up outside. It was freezing and incredibly loud. The entrée we ordered was underwhelming, and the dessert—specifically the churros—were stale and overly old. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
We stopped here for lunch on our way from Joshua Tree to San Diego on a Tuesday. We ordered the volcano burger and a chicken sandwich. The food was average—definitely edible, but not memorable. The volcano burger patty was underseasoned and a bit chaotic; most of the cheese fell off right when we picked it up. The chicken sandwich was probably the highlight of our meal, but it felt like it needed a sauce or something to bring it all together. The tater tots were disappointing as well—undercooked, soft, and lacking any crispiness. Everything fell apart, so we ended up eating our meals deconstructed with a fork and knife. Service was also slow; our server, who was also the bartender, took quite a while to check back in with us.
