The selection was limited overall, but everything we tried was delicious. We ordered Brussels sprouts, bravas (similar to patatas bravas but with a twist), and a burger with impossible meat (though it was confusing that it came without buns). Despite the small portions and high prices, the food was tasty and comparable to other eateries in Telluride. Unfortunately, we found the city to be lacking in vegan-friendly options. "It" was definitely one of the better choices for vegans. The atmosphere, service, and drinks were all excellent.

The prices are high, so be prepared to order strategically as the portions are quite small. The food is served elegantly in a cozy space that feels like a fine dining establishment. Arrive early or be prepared to wait, as seating is limited. We were lucky to arrive 20 minutes before opening and didn't have to wait. The only downside was the inability to make a reservation using the app. Despite the small portion sizes, the variety and quality of the vegan dishes were exceptional. Each bite was delicious, making multiple courses a must-order. If the food hadn't been so phenomenal, the serving sizes may have been a concern.

I enjoyed the BBQ jackfruit tostadas, crispy Brussels sprouts, fried cauliflower, avocado tacos, and amazing cocktails. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I am excited to come back again in the future!
