Since welcoming two new chefs with Michelin Star background experience, the dining experience at Side Work has reached new heights. The chefs recently participated in Taste of Telluride, where they were chosen as the winners for their Achiote Pineapple Cured Hamachi. We kindly ask guests to take note of our strict 24-hour cancellation policy and we do not offer a designated kid's menu, although we will do our best to find items on our menu that younger diners may enjoy.

We love Sidework! I think their fish dishes are amazing; the cocktails are fun; and we try to come there every time we’re in Telluride.
We were graciously helped by lovely “Sky”. She was informative, professional& friendly. I Our food did not disappoint. Hamachi was a poem! Chicken meatballs delish!
Branzino entree was very nicely prepared. Enough to share from 2. Hamachi crudo was excellent. Salad with blueberries was messy to eat.
The gazpacho. Delicious. The salmon and branzino are also. Great staff, great service! Thank you!
We LOVE Sidework-for appetizers don’t miss the ceviche, peach and burrata and hamachi. Main courses- the tomahawk steak, branzino and the risotto with shrimp are all to die for!!! Service was efficient and friendly- love this place!
