Stunning little restaurant in a little plaza metres from a church in the stunning town of Tejeda. Great food and lovely service
A lovely and cozy place next to the church with a lovely view of the mountains. The waiter apologized for his broken English, but actually spoke it very well. The menu clearly indicated which dishes are local and Canadian specialties. At the waiter's suggestion, we chose a tapas tasting plate. The waiter conscientiously explained what each tapas was, where it was made and where the ingredients came from. The food was delicious and the environment peaceful.
Lovely little authentic restaurant with only about 6 tables inside. We had sharing platter and salad and all was nice. Lentil stew was also very good. Not expensive and well worth a visit
I don’t think you can have any more authentic experience thank this. We ordered the tasting tapas and tried many traditional dishes like the sweet **** sausage and Pella de Gofio. Everything was delicious and we really appreciated it because we like trying local cuisine. On top of this, you can sit outside of a lovely little church. Also great service. Would recommend it when visiting Tejeda.
