The... read more We decided to try this restaurant at the Trago Mills complex for the first time on a chilly day. We ordered pies, chips to share, a latte, and a cappuccino. The restaurant was large, airy, and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my pie as the crust was rock hard, likely microwaved. My husband's pie was not as hard, so he enjoyed it more. The chips tasted like oven chips, and were not particularly good. However, the latte and cappuccino were very nice. Overall, the food was very cheap.

The lattes here are excellent. This restaurant offers waiter service and is located on the floor above the café, so be sure not to confuse the two. Prices are h... read more The lattes here are excellent. This restaurant offers waiter service and is located on the floor above the café, so be sure not to confuse the two. Prices are higher here and the menu is more limited, but the views from the windows are fantastic. It's a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the self-service café below.

We find the lattes very weak,so today we asked for a extra shot,which made a great difference,but the downside was,we were charged an extra £1.40 per cup.

Great cakes and coffee on offe... read more This is a review for the Towers Tea Room (waitress service) and not the Staple Hill Servery (both in the same building at Trago). Great cakes and coffee on offer, although they have changed the coffee supplier recently and therefore the lattes are not as strong as they used to be. Clean and relaxing area. Lovely staff who do care that they do a good job and are attentive and listen well
