Description

Tucked within a supermarket, this cafe offers a mixed experience for patrons. While the coffee receives praise and breakfast options are satisfactory, many diners express disappointment at the overall food quality, describing it as frozen or overly processed. Service issues also arise, with staff seeming overwhelmed and uncertain. Despite a menu downsized from previous offerings, there's enough variety to satisfy diverse tastes. Enthusiastic promotions from staff add a playful touch, while value deals, like the Christmas dinner, draw attention. Overall, this cafe is a practical choice for casual dining, but expectations may need to be tempered for food enthusiasts.

This cafe, situated in a supermarket, offers decent food at good prices. The coffee is excellent, but the overall quality of the food is just average. You get what you pay for here.

Went here to treat my mum to breakfast ended up waiting for 45 minutes for them to arrive the food was cold and bits were missing off of one of the breakfasts and one of them was supposed to have no mushrooms but still came with a mushroom when we mentioned it to another staff they didn't even apologize never going there again

People that work there don't have an absolute clue what they are doing. Asked if I wanted to make my child's kids meal free. Just needed to add a fruit shoot. I said fine, then it didn't work because my adult meal was one penny short. I said don't worry about it, just remove the fruit shoot. She said she can't remove anything off the order ? Even though I didn't even pay for it yet. I asked her to just cancel the order and add my and my daughters meal on again, she said again that she can't cancel the order ? And I need to buy the fruit shoot now? I told her I'm not buying anything that I don't want, and again to just cancel the order and put my meals on again as I have not even paid for it yet. She looked at me like I was talking about mathematical science of black holes. I just left it and didn't bother, went somewhere else with competent staff

Lack of working coffee machines and staff more interested in their own conversation than serving

Stopped here for breakfast around mid day. Waited for over 30 minutes for a full English which was missing items. Tomato had hardly touched the grill as well. Not really up to standard even for a supermarket cafe!
