if they are an enthusiastic gardener, they would have to go a long way to beat the value ratio with regard to bed linen and shrubs. a very helpful staff that is always handy to give advice about the planting and sorting that suit the taste...and budget. View all feedback.

Sorry to say this but it was awful from the start to end. Staff did not seem to know what they were doing. We spent 15 mins waiting for someone who knew about coffee machines to come and get it working. There is no fish...and chips but they did not tell you until you order. Soft drinks machine out of order but no sign. Cafe was not busy. We ordered at 12.17 and at 12.50 went to see what was happening told no ham one... View all feedback.

Amazing dinner for the price. we had fish and chips, the fish was a good size and well cooked. good presentation. service. good safety precautions
Awful, ordered a sausage sandwich and a bacon and sausage roll. Got a bacon roll and a bacon and sausage. Both tasted like the cheapest ingredients on offer, the person who served me was miserable, even the dog did not want it. Perplexing that this...place is still open.
This cafe started doing an Xmas Dinner Deal about a month ago, you can have the main course at £5.75, two Courses for £6.50 and Three Courses at £7.50. As we don't have a big constitution we opted for the Main Course which was very...filling and was cooked to perfection. Really good value for money. Fast forward a month and we had the Fish and Chips, one of us had mushy peas while the other had baked beans but we both had Tartare Sauce with it. This meal was superb as it always is, if you haven't tried it then do so, you won't be disappointed.
We were in this “cafe” if that’s the right word this morning 21 October 2019 and we had positively the worst fried breakfast ever. Also the other person had a bacon roll. My breakfast was billed as a small breakfast. The only half decent thing...about this was the sausage and even that was cold. The bacon was virtually rock hard (not crispy, rock hard) as was the bacon in the role. Everything on the plate was cold by the time it got to me except the egg which I had asked to be flipped but instead was solid by the time it got to me. The whole thing was positively awful. The service was indifferent with staff who just couldn’t care less. Oh yes, this breakfast comes with toast and that’s just what we got, no butter just dried toast. When I asked about this I was told we’ve run out of butter (this was approx 1030 am). I was given two containers of Flora which I hate and left to get on with it. How do you run out of butter in a supermarket cafe at 1030am. In the past we have had some decent meals here served by conscientious staff. Certainly not today.
