Thought we would try here as really didn't want the usual Chips with everything meals from takeaways/pubs in the area In honesty we were not impressed The ribs... read more Thought we would try here as really didn't want the usual Chips with everything meals from takeaways/pubs in the area In honesty we were not impressed The ribs were fairly tender but otherwise the barbeque sauce it was in was like pure oil!!! it literally had no taste to it and was like a greasy oil sauce, I didn't even eat the curry as tried 1 fork of the sauce and was not impressed House special rice was not too bad luckily but I would not use the place again as really not impressed and honestly thought it was the worst Chinese takeaway we have ever had

Lady behind counter very abrupt and rude. Trying to get order and out shop asap. Food watery tasteless and meatless bland overpriced dire shot Wish I’d gone next door instead but family wanted to try this as on holiday. Never ever again for me. I read reviews too so many tasters before me can’t be that wrong. Such a shame. As prime location and there get by with me my family and hundreds of other other suspect holiday makers making there money. As I can’t see locals coming here many times like we use ours at home. Such a shame but honest review

On entering we saw that... read more While we were staying local at a camp site, we decided to have a takeaway one night on looking at local takeaway we came across Hakaryu. On entering we saw that they take cash only but the staff stated ‘we accept card’ On ordering our food everything was catered for such as no veg. Everything is reasonably priced and we did not have to wait long even though this was cooked fresh while we waited. On getting the food back to our accommodation we noted how nice everything was to which this actually tasted much nicer than when we have a takeaway when at home. We have highly recommend these to our family and friends who also visit the area regularly. Thank you both, see you again when we are in the area!
