Staff good. Ordered egg and chips Eggs undercooked And chips coukd not eat Hard and undercooked. Shoukd have complained. But I guess they knew we were visitors and any old thing wouks be ok.
The worst chips I’ve ever tasted! They went in the bin £4 for a large chips to share between 3 of us, I have no idea what they did to them. All shapes and colours. Hard . Certainly not a good advert for Dawlish. Never again. Would rate 0 if I could.
I went to this restaurant on Friday, September 18th. They had Track and Trace measures and hand sanitiser at the entrance. The breakfast options were great and reasonably priced. There was a bit of a wait, but it wasn't a problem. I also had a coffee here on Friday, September 11th. Everything was very good and the staff were friendly.
This is possibly the worst fish and chips I have ever had in Devon. The dish wasn't very hot, the fish was overcooked and dry, and the chips were all small and hard. I should have asked for a refund, but I was in a rush to catch a train. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant.
