Very poor, Asda had the cheek to allow a Costa here, despite the cost of living and their claim to be a low cost supermarket, why they did this is anyone's guess. It was a great cafe before the Costa moved in.
Useless store, better off going anywhere but here. Staff are not helpful and rude to you, have no manners or skills of customer service! Just a massive disappointment
I believe her name was Lizzie. My friend and I asked her if she knew where we could find the toiletries, but she was very rude and told us she was busy and couldn't help us. A very rude staff member.
I am in a wheelchair and on a tight budget. Last Saturday, I received a delivery from Asda and one of my items was missing (a £32 bottle of Jack Daniel's Honey). This item is essential for managing my pain. I requested a refund online, but it was denied as the amount was considered too high. I then contacted customer service (based in the Philippines) and the representative said they would escalate my request. Today, Thursday, I called again as I had not received a refund. I was informed that the store claimed they had delivered the item, which they did not. The store is currently not answering calls due to COVID. Essentially, I have paid £32 for a product I never received. I urge anyone with a sense of decency to avoid shopping at Asda. Despite their great vegetarian range, I will not be shopping there again as I cannot afford to lose money.
