I usually don't do reviews but in this case I feel is necessary. I ordered curbside online. Ran some errands and then went on to pick-up my order before headed home which is half hour away. Park and submitted via the app I was there. 58 minutes and 3phones later I still have no food. I was told I order to receive my refund of nearly $40 to call a phone number on the app thenI was told to call the store manager in the morning. So 2 different channels much wasted time to receive my refund. I don'twant a free meal or coupons giving I just want a refund of my money. I will not be back to this location ever.

My second time coming here since we moved to Taylor a month ago and she remembered my name and I also want to say thank you Whataburger for your app because thanks to ordering aheadmy food with piping hot and I was able to beat the seven cars in line and they had my food ready I arrived and on time asestimated! Thanks again Melissa!!!! ????
Sandra is amazing. She always goes beyond and beyond for customers. Management and other employees could learn a lot from her.
