Okay, normally I have a pretty bad experience in this taco bell. but tonight I had a great one. the eating was fresh, the command was all there! (as ordered) there was a new girl who worked the drive-thru and she did an excellent work! she was professional and so sweet! and I felt like she actually cared about when my order was correct. her name is becca. I did not receive all of my items, which is a common issue at this restaurant.
This is the third time that Taco Bell has served me low-quality food, at least everything I've ordered from them on DoorDash. The bacon and hashbrown in the crunchwrap were old and dry, definitely not meeting their usual standards.
Ordered 2 drinks with our food and didnt get a single one.
This restaurant is fantastic for dining. The ambiance and atmosphere are amazing! A big thank you to William and Shelly for their helpfulness and kind words!
