Their... read more They’re not gonna honor their promotions??? I told my wife to leave my sandwich cause it’s gonna cost us us $50.?? She wouldn’t let me do that obviously. Their card machine is down so now me and my wife’s lunch cost $60 in cash because they couldn’t process our card. we were Denied being able to use our promotion because their online ordering was down. Don’t try to come down and use a promotion on a Sunday. We always order online from this subway.. The kid working down here was real nice and helpful. Their online ordering wasn’t working so the kid working down here in the middle of Sunday. Text his manager and asked if we can get our promotion for buy one get one free. He said he would check with the manager. Which was great but the manager text back and says that they’re not gonna give us our promotion. Thank you for all the hard work on a Sunday. Don’t try to use your promotion down here when they’re online ordering is down cause they won’t even accept a code.
