I ordered a pumpkin latte and went home,... read more I usually go to another location daily but always this time of year get a pumpkin latte so I know what they taste like. I ordered a pumpkin latte and went home, I took 1 sip and spit it out and dumped it. it had a strong coffee flavor, bitter, no pumpkin flavor and was not creamy. I emailed the company 4 days later they got back to me and their way to make it right was to give me 50 point...it takes 900 to earn a free drink! I paid almost 5.00 for something I couldn't drink and Dunkin wants to solve it by me spending more money and numerous coffees to make up for a bad on. They don't care about their customers they are only looking to forward their brand
