So I know what they taste like, it was strong in coffee... read more I purchased a large pumpkin latte from this location I normally get one every day from another location. So I know what they taste like, it was strong in coffee flavor, bitter and no pumpkin flavor nor was it creamy. I emailed Dunkin because I had to dump it out and it was almost 5.00. Well it took them 4 days to get back to me and their solution was to give me 50 points, it takes 900 to get another latte! So basically I still have to spend and order multiple lattes to get one free. This company is not concerned about customers by giving me low points they are furthering their brand

I ordered a pumpkin latte and went home, I took 1 sip and spit it out and dumped it. it had a strong coffee flavor, bitter, no pumpkin flavor and was not creamy. I emailed the company 4 days later they got back to me and their way to make it right was to give me 50 point...it takes 900 to earn a free drink! I paid almost 5.00 for something I couldn't drink and Dunkin wants to solve it by me spending more money and numerous coffees to make up for a bad on. They don't care about their customers they are only looking to forward their brand

Closed way before schedule. Crapy personally with staff . Smart comments saying your the last with coffee as if we inconvenience them . We were there at 630pm . Very rude .
