I was in the drive thru for over 20 mins.,,if you do not have the main power to operator a drive thru then don?t! I am passing thru Taylor and will ensure I never stop here again..this is the worst service ever! I will share this review with the chamber of commerce also! View all feedback.

The best part was after I had taken Dad a little with the order to the checkout. It turned out that they were a little slow, so that they came past for refills that brought us straws and a fork. Okay, the point is, although it's fast food, they stay busy and go over the normal to make it a friendly stop.
The food is delicious and the friendly friendly service is excellent!!
Customer service was good, restaurant clean. I tested the sharp offers. You were quite brilliant! I like the restaurant is not run by teenagers.

A very big thank you to Chicken Express in Taylor. We took the Bartlett Lassies volleyball there to eat after we played. They staff greeted us with a smile(behind mask) and took our order for 14 kids and 2 coaches. We got our food in a timely manner and did not have 1 mistake. Then to top it off, the chicken was superb . It was tender and tasty. The corn nuggets were great also. All the kids enjoyed. Great job Chicken Express keep up the good work.
