I love the food here, but sitting here seeing how busy they are and their staff hustling, bartenders to waitstaff to hosts just gettin it, I'm reminded of how much I love the environment too. They're busy, but they're pleasant! That goes a long way with me!!! Much love. ????

As the night progressed, the service suffered even though the restaurant emptied out.. I understand the staffing challenges, but our server simply disappeared. Forgotten drinks were blamed on someone else should have brought them. Missing dessert items came so late they were no longer desired. BJ's chain wide seems to be hit-or-miss. I hope they figure it out as it appears to me that the issue is regional to Michigan. Have low expectations and you'll be fine. For my money, I'd rather spend it elsewhere.
