This... read more My boyfriend is a huge fan of the pork chops at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the last four times we tried to order them, they were already sold out. This time, they assured us they still had some available, and when we arrived, there was only one left. We hurried to place our order to make sure he got them. We were satisfied with the food, but the service left much to be desired. The server repeatedly referred to me and my daughter as "babe," which made us uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, our server (Brittaney, as per the receipt) assumed my boyfriend would be covering the bill and handed him the check, even though I intended to treat us. I used the QR code on the receipt to pay, but Brittaney returned to inform me of a complimentary dessert, deleted my online payment, and charged my card for over $100 without my consent. After realizing I had been charged over $200 for our meal, I had to contact the restaurant a week later to request a refund. I was told it would take another 3-5 days for the funds to return to my account, which eventually took a total of 10 days. Before charging a customer's card without permission, I suggest obtaining their consent first. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating.

The res... read more My friend and I got three food items and none of them were good. I will say I didn't have a high expectation of the food because its a chain restaurant. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff was friendly so I would return and give it another try. They have good drink specials. However, all of the cocktails were just loaded with non homemade flavored syrups and juices so don't expect real craft cocktails. Overall it was a nice place to hang out. Maybe I caught the kitchen on a bad night.

I love the food here, but sitting here seeing how busy they are and their staff hustling, bartenders to waitstaff to hosts just gettin it, I'm reminded of how much I love the environment too. It wasn't bad due to the Holiday (VD) sat at the bar, didn't get serve right away they said they were busy, didnt look that way to me, others got served that came after I did, nonetheless Ieventually got served had a great meal and a nice cold Berry Cider!

I was in the area today and decided to stop by to grab dinner. It wasn’t super busy, and I was seated quickly. I sat atmy table for over 10 minutes without any servers acknowledging me, walked by me, and even cleaned the tables next to me andrearranged the tables and chairs. I know I was seen, but after waiting I got up and left because the couple the got seated afterme were instantly greeted by a server and received their drinks pretty quickly
