Was Nicole Flanagan at Arby's a mag?
I usually always have fresh food when I come here. On few occasions I have had not very good food, but honestly that happens everywhere. What Tina Horn dislikes about Arby's:
My husband ordered the nine-piece boneless wings accompanied by fries, but to our disappointment, the fries were served piled on top of the wings, which didn't look very appealing. The quick arrival of our order, just two minutes after we placed it, raised concerns about the freshness of the food. I tried the new hush puppy battered fish strips, and they were surprisingly good. The French dip was tasty as well. However, one of the buffalo chicken sliders was lacking most of its breading and buffalo sauce, but aside from that, everything else was enjoyable.

I had an issue with finding a hair in my food and my order wasn't prepared as requested. When I brought this up, I was told not to return because I wouldn't be served again. I recommend avoiding the Arby's in Show Low, Arizona. There is an older woman with gray hair who ties it back very tightly; she seems very tired and lacks basic customer service skills. She speaks to customers as if she owns the place and should be replaced. She appears to be the night shift manager.

The food at this Arby's is consistently excellent. Whenever I visit, my order always arrives hot and fresh, which I really appreciate. Although it takes a bit longer than usual—around 10 minutes—to receive the food, it's not a problem. The restaurant is very clean and appears to be well managed. Their beef and cheddar sandwiches, as well as the Buffalo sandwiches, are always top-notch here.
