There were only three cars in the parking lot, and the automated drive-thru prompts you to place an order, but no one comes to provide a total. Inside, the lights were off and there was no staff present. Since my arrival, six cars, including mine, have left without ordering. It's hard to believe they can justify charging $15 an hour for this level of service.

This time, they were out of both chicken and pot pies, but offered Taco Bell instead. I didn’t come here for Taco Bell. The staff were quite rude as well. It feels like a gas station that constantly runs out of gas.

They mixed up our order and served it to someone else. The biscuit was as hard as a rock, and the chicken was repulsive. I also waited a long time while trying to place my order without anyone acknowledging me. It was truly a disappointing experience.

I wa... read more I didn't receive any sauces with my fill-up box, and it took 35 minutes to prepare the nuggets, despite being told they would only take an extra 4 minutes. I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes before anyone even recognized I was there. This has been the worst KFC experience I've ever had.
