Every time we placed an order, Kenna would roll her eyes and sigh—it was quite unpleasant. We just ordered Kones, so our order didn’t cause any issues. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and we won’t be returning.

If you're already at the Trifecta dining at the other two restaurants, I'd recommend getting your dessert here at least once while in the area. I have enjoyed the Chip Wheelies since I was a littleboy????

We walked in to get some ice cream and noticed that two of the three employees, who were young girls, were sitting on the floor behind the counter as we entered. The manager was present and didn't seem to mind, which was quite strange. When we were leaving, I waited at the counter for a few minutes to pick something up to go, but no one attended to me. As I was leaving, I saw the girls had returned to sitting on the floor and didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. I will never return to this place. It's just unacceptable and disgusting. Based on other reviews, it seems the manager is consistently rude and allows her employees to behave inappropriately, including serving customers after sitting on the floor.
