We chose the surprise menu and it was just a celebration of (mostly) vegetables, flowers and sauces we had never tried. It was an extraordinary moment. The wine... read more We chose the surprise menu and it was just a celebration of (mostly) vegetables, flowers and sauces we had never tried. It was an extraordinary moment. The wines are quite expensive but come from some cellars that we know and are the best for natural wines. The place went straight in our top 3 restaurants in the country. The chef and his team are adorable, and passionate you can tell.
