We visited on 23/10/24 with literally 2mins to closing and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We left with sandwiches and hot and cold drinks. They went out there way when they was closing and they never once made us feel in the way, after a long walk from the knutsford entrance to make the farm on time with 3 little uns the caffeine was most needed. I don't expect to go to a café and have my drink served in a paper cup, my food in a polystyrene container instead of a plate, and have to cut a scone with a wooden knife and spread butter and jam on it. View all feedback.
I went to this restaurant for lunch a few months ago with a friend on the way to Tatton Park Gardens. It was a mistake! The restaurant looked more like a cafeteria and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The food wasn't terrible, but it was overpriced for just a couple of toasties. Overall, our experience left us disappointed. The restaurant seriously needs to improve its customer service and menu. I would suggest trying one of the many pubs or restaurants in Knutsford for lunch instead of wasting your time here.
The staff and management at this restaurant are extremely rude. The place is dirty and definitely needs improvement. Food quality, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1.
Breakfast items on offer but you can only have a barm of two of one item...2 xbacon, 2 xsausages. They can 't cope with people asking for one of each! Why not?? How about any two items for £1.80.. Oh yes, I forgot, so they can charge you extra for another rasher of bacon. Ludicrous! Don 't order toast or teacakes and expect to get them warm or quickly. It took 10 minutes and three wasted teacakes to get one moderately warm. Haven 't they got a simple toaster?? It was quiet when we arrived. I doubt they could cope with a queue. Take your own cakes and a flask of coffee !

Scones were decent but expensive. The staff looked like they were hating every second and the queue was massive. Tea was pretty horrible.
