What DanDan C likes about The Alley Cantina:
Cute place during the day. Our food is filling. Although the menu warns you about “our New Mexican dishes are spicy”, I find that they’re a perfect amount of spicy without hurting your mouth, if you have some tolerance of spice. Personally I find the cheese to be a bit heavy, but I like the lighter side of things. The fish tacos are huge too. View all feedback. What Camylle Franecki doesn't like about The Alley Cantina:
The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. They have one of the few pool tables in town, as well as shuffleboard! However, the service was very disappointing; the bartender and server seemed to lack attention. Overall, it’s a great place to eat. The fried mushrooms were delicious, and their homemade fries were excellent. View all feedback.

My favorite bar in Taos! Always great service and atmosphere
Great music, even better food service was excellent across the board. Will be back, for sure.
Great bar food and was the thing that hit the spot after hitting the slopes at TSV
Drinks were good. Happy hour is a great deal. Service was okay. Next time I’m in town I want to try the food here. It looked great.
The food was good, but not at all spicy. We appreciated the fact that they warned us about pork in the red chili.
