My husband spent almost $60 at this Chipotle for us and our 2 children and this is the side of queso we received it?s not even halfway filled and the chip bag on top of that was only a quarter filled. I?ve tried calling 6 times to let them know as wedon?t want to drive all the way back but no one is picking up the phone. His experience wasn?t all that pleasant either as thefirst staff member was rude and seemed annoyed. The only reason we ate there was because I wanted the steak which they didn?teven have.

Several articles were not available. spent 40 mice and my nine-year-old pulled a long blonde hair out of her mouth and we don't have blonde hair! They may have to rebuild or educate some people there.

Amidst the chaos of missing dishes, our order was messed up on two separate occasions, and then the staff walked away from the counter. When we finally managed to get assistance, we were served cold, undercooked beans in our meal. We tried to talk to the manager, but they never appeared, leaving us uncertain if they were even there. The staff looked just as frustrated and confused; they clearly find themselves in a tough situation. I empathize with them and don't hold them responsible for the shortages or management issues. It seems like they are set up to fail. If I were in their position, I wouldn't know how to explain to customers that we were out of food. It's also likely that they are underpaid, especially given the challenging working conditions they endure. The staff mentioned that the General Manager, Keith, often orders too little stock and mismanages the restaurant. I don’t want to single anyone out, but when multiple employees voice concerns about the management, there has to be a good reason for it. I usually don’t have the time or inclination to lodge a complaint about a restaurant, but experiences like today’s have become almost the norm for me at this location (the alternative is twice as far). Honestly, today’s experience felt like it could have been featured on "Restaurant Impossible."

During our visit, many menu items were unavailable. We spent $40, and my nine-year-old found a long blonde hair in her food, which is alarming since none of us have blonde hair! It appears they may need to consider re-hiring or retraining some of their staff.
