Whataburger - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Worst customer service experience ever. I ordered online for board pickup. Armed, checked and waited and nothing. I'm going in and I can't even bring someone to the counter. I almost had to go back to get someone who acknowledges I was there. He asked my name and gave me a bag that just sat on the counter for whom knows how long, then went away. I'm sorry or something. First time eating here my friend and I got the breakfast obviously she asked for her eggs to be well done so they don?t look as good. But the breakfast was good I heard the burgers were excellent.
