If you choose me, this is probably the best Chick-Fil-A in town! Parking can be a little tight, but the drive does not thru back to Monroe. The service and quality is what you know and love from Chick-fil-A! Shoutout to Jacob and Abigail for high-quality service!

The best chicken baked or grilled. A great place everyone can work on. I've been trying for years to get a flexible schedule. For a day a week on Saturday. I wish I could get this opportunity. The King of Chicken

Do not go to Chick-fil-A on Monroe St. The worst customer after paying for my meal, they refuse to repair without paying for what I should have. This isn't the first thing they're screwing up order the third time and best believe they never get my service again.

10 lbs of sugar in a 5 lbs bag. You have enough business to support a larger facility or other facility in this area. Usually is a good service, but driving through, sometimes like ATL traffic.

Normally my food is made fast, so fast it is already ready usually by the time i'm there to pick up. I took one star because of the lack of friendliness by some of the younger generation female staff seem to be rather smug, also my fries have been filled halfway before. Other than that I highly recommend this location. My favorite is the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and the filet is hot and crispy every single time i've been there. The filet is hanging out the sides and it usually fills me up no problem for lunch and I have a pretty hefty appetite. Love that the playground is open again for my daughter!
