What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Worst customer service experience ever. I ordered online for board pickup. Armed, checked and waited and nothing. I'm going in and I can't even bring someone to the counter. I almost had to go back to get someone who acknowledges I was there. He asked my name and gave me a bag that just sat on the counter for whom knows how long, then went away. I'm sorry or something. I always stop at least once. At any store I see when traveling thru Florida.
Horrible store and horrible customer courtesy! Went to the drive through (after seeing staff in there walking around INCLUDING the manager) and sat there in my car for 10 MINUTES and not ONE WORD was said to me about why they weren 't serving anyone. A simple why would 've been helpful but pettiness and disrespect is what I got through silence. I 'll be calling corporate about this specific location. I 'll be more than willing to take any of their jobs and do them 10 times better.
Most expensive sandwich they have. Cold wilted. I asked should it look like this? They said no and made me another. Still wasn?t the quality of the other sandwiches which I gave 5 stars.ps it?s got guacamole on it and not slice or chunks like their ad.7.19$ for this
