Located right in the middle of Istiklal Street, this restaurant has a great atmosphere and vibe. During my visit, I tried the pasta and fries, and I have to say, it was one of the best pasta dishes I've had in a long time. The sauce was hot and delicious, and it paired perfectly with the fries. I left feeling completely satisfied and happy. Overall, I would highly recommend Esmer Restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal in a fantastic location.
