My sister describes their food as the ramen that touched her soul. One of the first in the ramen scene in Manila, they continue to serve excellent ramen fare with a chicken fowl broth base. Try their tantanmen, it's the best one in Manila. The first time I tried it, I thought it wouldn't finish the bowl but I ended up devouring every last sip. It belongs to the array of restaurants near office buildings and Tuscany residences. I've always been curious about Ukkokei; so many people go crazy about it on Instagram. I ordered the Miso Ramen + Gyoza set all to myself because i was thaaat hungry! A good 30 minutes after, i can say that my hangry tummy was beyond satisfied.
