The food and service was just fine. It is the nearest pizza restaurant near our school, though we need to walk 5-10 minutes just to go there. So when we're craving for pizza, we always know where to go. View all feedback. What Cecile Morissette doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Late delivery. Jordan's (manager) first statement was "wag mo na lang bayaran" immediately after I called him to tell him my concern. I would've paid for it if I got the apology I deserve. All I got were reasons and rationalizations of poor service. Moreso, they offered to deliver complimentaries which never came.
On a lighter note, Jomar (rider) handled it more professionally than Jordan.
