I have ordered Uber eats here frequently and sometimes there was something wrong with my order. This time around they forgot my two drinks and the manager herself actually drove to bring them to me. The first time someone made a wrong into a right. That’s great customer service right there. I know it’s only fast food but I think being a little more understanding and kindness can go a long ways. One of the few jitb that will honor app purchases. I drive from university place to near 6th and sprague, because the jitb in up will not honor apps.
