The best martinis can be found at Syracuse Winterproof! The service is friendly, the atmosphere is trendy, and it's a must-visit if you enjoy martinis.

The bartender was beautiful and we enjoyed our night, but 3 days later my card was calculated for a “Tip”, I did not authorize at that time when I tried to find out why they would do that there was no answer
Owners and bartenders are racist will tell some youngs to take their guards in the bar, but will not say any other breed to take out when there is a dress code enforced there for all running not only one there are better bars in this city they avoid this place.
