The Pizza Cutters - Syracuse

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt it was necessary after my experience at this restaurant. This was my first time ordering from here, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Everything I received was cold, with the lettuce on my gyro being rotten and slimy. The fried pickles tasted strange and were ice cold, but the Bavarian pretzels were decent. However, the baked ziti was absolutely horrendous. I ended up spending $68.00 on this meal, and I feel that people need to be aware of the poor quality of food. I felt like I wasted my hard-earned money on this disappointing meal.

There?s a guy with glasses that works in the front who is very friendly. Their food is either really good, or bad. 2 times I found mini hair in my slices of pizza. Every other time the pizza was great. Sausage, buffalo chicken, pepperoni to be exact.The square pizza is a so-so depends on how long it?s been out. They seem to all work very hard which is awesome. Garlic breadknots are top tier!

We ordered from here often after last night we won?t be ordering again. Everything was burnt when I called to let them know she was apologetic and said they could remake the food. We waited over an hour my son needed to go to bed. I said I would rather notshe put me on hold came back to the phone and said we either remake it or you can have 25% off next time! Our bill was almost 70dollars. They should have been ashamed sending out food like that.

We ordered a cheese sheet pizza, which was just okay, and a Buffalo chicken wing pizza. The garlic knots and mozzarella sticks were cold, and the mozzarella sticks came with a very spicy salsa instead of marinara for dipping. We will give this place another try since it was our first visit, and hopefully our experience will be better next time.

I have not received my food yet, but I have ordered from here many times before, so I know the food will be delicious when it arrives. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and Nashville wings through a phone call for delivery. Can't wait to dig in!
