Was eating my delicious burger with a friend of mine. I got a load of fries with mine while she was only given 13 fries exactly. I had close to half a plate full. While my bottom bun was getting soggy I took it off, on the bottom of my pickle was a long black hair. I felt so disgusted as I was 3/4 of the way done. They took it back and comped it. What Nasir McClure doesn't like about TGI FRIDAYS - Syracuse Destiny:
Music was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves speak, asked the manager to turn it down and he did for 5 minutes then it got loud again. Our waitress was terrible and rude View all feedback.
Usually the food and the customer service and all the above is amazing this time are waiter was never around and never checked on us but he did check on all his other tables at least once. We had to grab another waiter to help us.
Ended up HORRIBLY sick for 2 days straight after coming in for dinner on valentine's day.
Completely appalled at the situation I was involved in at your Destiny USA location. I made a reservation on open table, arrived on time to be ignored because there was more important gossip about someone being “too messed up to come in.” We were assured once spoken to that we would get a table quick. Multiple people walked in after us, and were sat while we stood by waiting, we were a party of 3 and so were they. Employees were chasing people out of the restaurant offering them an immediate table because the situation was so messy. After standing by and waiting for 15 minutes we notified the staff we were leaving. An employee chased us across the mall, shouting at my wife about our decision to go elsewhere. Incredibly poor customer service and absolutely unethical behavior by your employees.
Very tasty food. Excellent presentation. Friendly staff. Nice ambience. Neat neighborhood scene. Highly recommended. The place has potential.
This was our first time at Thea, but it won't be our last! Everything from the food to the service was top notch. The decor is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I love that it's a BYOB. The rocket and beet salad was amazing and our starters were equally impressive.
