Johnny Rockets - Syracuse

My favorite place to take my family when it comes to the dinning in the mall. I miss the days when they were in the old position in the shopping center because I used like them with singing and dancing together to the music. eating and the atmosphere are always excellent. this place deserves more than 5 stars, how big is. from the managers to the servers everything is great. I recommend this place to all those I know who visit syrakus.

Very friendly staff, baby friendly, and good food! Staff was very polite and thorough. Didn't wait for a highchair didn't fret when my 1yo was a little messy. Didn't even have to ask for a refill it just showed up!

When you visit a place like Johnny Rockets, they make you feel right at home. Wonderful customer service. Ordered milkshakes that were so good, followed by a Philly that was amazing and my other person had a chili dog with fries which was so good she said. Great job Johnny Rockets! Jamaal is the greatest! Thanks for making our “dry” dinner fun! The food was awesome. Can’t wait to come back.

Overall it was a good choice to eat in the mall. We sat at the end of their bar to watch the cooks which was pretty cool. Their presentation of their milkshakes was very unique. The only thing that I felt was the speed of their service. It took almost 5 min. just for a server to get to us. Other than that the food was great.
