Burger King - Syracuse

This restaurant has terrible customer service. The staff are rude, lazy, and unprofessional. They even lock the doors whenever they please. I would never support a business where the workers don't care about their customers. This place should be shut down.

The menu items at this restaurant are not always guaranteed. The customer ordered the 2 Cheeseburger meal, as clearly stated on the menu board, but was told they no longer had it. If it's on the board, they should serve it! This place is terrible. The staff is always rude and today they didn't have any carbonated drinks, so I settled for tea and it was awful. They threw it out. Everything was cold. They should have just closed like the other restaurants on Salina. I'm changing my rating to 1 star.

Are you looking to have a good time at Burger King? Think again. The wait time was an hour, the service was terrible, and the staff were disappointing.

We sat in the drive for 12 minutes for a car in front of us to get their food, then we waited an additional 10 minutes while the car in front waited for their food before leaving. for two lanes their service is bad. would not recommend.

Chicken and onion rings were black and burnt. Rock hard and non edible. Soda flat and taste disgusting. When I called they said the co2 thing (their words) was broken and has been for awhile. They should really put up a sign to let people know that. Waited 45 minutes for garbage food that the only thing we could eat was the Capri sun from my son 's kids meal. Absolutely horrible. ???
