Love this place great prices big potions very clean and friendly would go there again love there ice cream tacos

Staff were really friendly and made the meal even more enjoyable. Had the usual (beef burrito) and in typical taco time fashion they delivered. Hot, fresh and tasty the chain knows how to follow through on standards. Next time I am in sylvan we will be back !

I love a good burrito, and here my family and I are always treated well. You can tell how much the people here care about their quality of service they are readily accommodating, have a good memory if you specify a customization in your order, and are not stingy with their portions like some. Additionally, unlike other Taco Time establishments, they also do not heat their food with a microwave, but with an oven thus resulting in food that not only tastes good, but is better for you. Since COVID their dining room is closed, but their drive thru is open even to those on foot. When the dining room IS open, they have the most convenient digital way of ordering that is simple, easy, and perfect if you want some stress free customization. The staff here have impressed me with their patience, integrity, and of course... delicious food. In my opinion, they are exemplary of what every fast food establishment should be, and I always eagerly look forward to my next visit here.

The food at this Taco Time in Sylvan Lake is always fresh and the service exceptional. It has a drive through and we love that they have ordering screens inside where you can customize your meals or simply give the order to the friendly and helpful staff member. When there are several of us ordering and each wants something extra (like hot jalapeño peppers, onion or green peppers) or less (like no cheese) using an ordering screen helps us to get the order straight and keep everyone happy. They also do mobile ordering. The bathroom is always clean and tidy, as well. We will actually go out of our way to go to this particular Taco Time as they are top notch. We highly recommend this restaurant if you like Taco Time food as we do. Our favorites are the Burritos, Burrito bowls and the hot Mexi fries. Nummy!

Good regular fare that you'd get from any Taco Time. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Drop by, you won't be disappointed.
