The Donair meat was some of the worst we've ever had. The poutine was ok, but we got sick after eating them. This is a fast food for over priced poutine

I'm sorry to say that our most recent visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The music was incredibly loud, making it necessary to shout at the server and for them to shout back in order to communicate. It was not a pleasant experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bedford I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance. The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable making me feel right at home.One standout dish that I couldn't get enough of was their donair . The combination of flavors and textures was simply outstanding. It was evident that only the finest ingredients were used in its preparation.What truly impressed me was their commitment to sourcing local sustainable ingredients. They have integrated eco-friendly practices into their operations which is something I deeply appreciate as a conscious consumer.To top it all off the service at bedford was impeccable. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of wonderful.Overall my experience at was exceptional. From the delicious food to the warm atmosphere and top-notch service it surpassed all my expectations. I am from out of town but I visit this restaurant often and always recommend it to anyone stopping in Red Deer. The donairs here are the best. However, on my most recent visit, I was disappointed. The garlic cheese fries I ordered had a strange texture to the garlic sauce, which wasn't as creamy as usual and seemed old and thick. Another person in my group ordered a regular poutine and said the gravy was not the usual kind and was not as good. The worst part was when I received a large Philly cheesesteak pita instead of the small one I had ordered. It was filled with lettuce and tomatoes and was not even edible. I have never been disappointed with their Philly cheesesteak before, so this was very disappointing. When I called to address the issue, I never received a response. It was a $30 meal that was almost completely inedible, especially the pita.

Donair was so bad I drove back to the store to return it. Sauce was average, neither meat or pita was put on the grill for more than a few seconds.Poutine was average.Wish I could give this place zero stars
