Hidden gem. Prices were comparable to other Italian restaurants I've visited. You get a lot of food for your money; even a discount if you pay cash. They say it's authentic Italian food and I believe it. I will visit again next time I'm in town.Vegetarian options: I saw at least one vegetarian dish on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly; they serve pizza, of course!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheelchair... What Kimberly Miller doesn't like about Ferrara Pizza And Pasta:
Been multiple times and the food is great! Unfortunately the customer service gets worse each time. We ate here tonight and literally waited 15 minutes with empty glasses(1st and only refill which we had to ask for). The girls are more interested in socializing behind the counter! After another 10 minutes we finally get the bill. We drive 25 min just to come here alot but we will definitely stick to pascalinos from n... View all feedback.
We had 14in pizza for lunch it was excellent. For dinner they made me a Steak Stromboli my wife had the Mussels Marinara. The Stromboli was cooked perfect my wife said the Mussels were excellent. Service for both lunch dinner was great.
The pizza and garlic rolls were delicious! The service was not. We had to ask for drink refills. Was not spoken to unless we were asking for refills. My daughter accidentally dropped her cup on the floor where almost half spilled out and I picked it up with the napkins that were on the table…….a waitress walked right past me without offering to help and the girl at the counter right behind us was on her phone the entire time. Not impressed at all. Will not be back.
Excellent all the way around. I knocked my pizza in the floor with the to go box when I hit the metal stand. They made me a new pizza even though I had eaten 2 slices from the old one. UNSURPASSED CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food is EXCELLENT.

Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Stayed at a local hotel for a Kayak Bass Fishing tournament on Fontana Lake. Their menu mentioned that they were from New York , so I was very excited for some good pizza I’m originally from NYC, so I know what NY pizza should be, and this WASN’T it! . I asked for Thin and crisp , and they forgot the Thin part! . Got back to my hotel only to find that the pizza tasted disgusting. The sauce had an odd taste and unfortunately, I trashed it. My order also sat on the oven for a bit after it was done , as I heard the cook say , “this order has been done and I don’t know why it’s still here “. The positive reviews are from folks who obviously don’t know good pizza. Very disappointing
