We visited the restaurant for the first time. it is embedded in a very attractive hotel complex. we were greeted attentively and accompanied by the reserved tab... read more We visited the restaurant for the first time. it is embedded in a very attractive hotel complex. we were greeted attentively and accompanied by the reserved table. the ambiente is elevated country house style; but not overturned. the tables are clearly placed, with sufficient distance to the neighboring tables.The impression is habitual, relaxed. the eating was pure pleasure, no gourmet kitchen but qualitatiw at the level. the nautical in the zucchinimantel (appetizer)was a manifestation; the bead (main course) was cooked on the spot and very tasty flavored. the dessert rounded off the menu perfectly. the accompanying weepings were in no way in accordance with the quality of eating. the evening meal was not cheap; the prices were justified. the service was attentive and very friendly, not lifted. overall it was a very nice evening.

After I complained, I was offered a half-hearted apology and showed my table. The waiting staff was friendly, but clearly unhurried. Unfortunately, they didn't know that the salt-mash lamb that was on the menu. The starter consisted of a 1 inch cold Balik salmon, 10g Oscietra caviar and a small oyster. Unfortunately, they served the caviar with a plastic spoon instead of a pearl that ruined the luxury experience for me. The intermediate course was a little lobster that was good. The main course was two thumbs pieces of fillet of beef with vegetables that were delicious. Unfortunately, the vegetables were mostly uncooked and everything stood ' upright', which was achieved by throwing each vegetables into a brownish slug on the ground. No carbs. The menu mentions Chanterelles. After your investigation I could find seven! microscopic funghi see photographic evidence . After three microscopic courses I left the restaurant prematurely in front of the desert feeling completely underwhelmed, hungry and dissatisfied. What a shame. I'm not back.
