I will never return to this location again, and I will be sure to inform others about my experience. Additionally, it was not even busy when this poor service occurred.

After me, a couple came in, and I could hear him sighing heavily. If he's that unhappy at his job, perhaps he should think about going home.

A complimentary cookie comes with the sandwich, and there are no hidden catches; they really understand my needs. Everything was just right, with lovely lighting—definitely a great place to eat. They also wore their masks properly. There's a subway closer to my house, but I'll gladly drive the extra mile to come to this one instead.

There were two employees working, and one of them, who had a long beard, seemed very rude and had an angry expression while taking my order. Management should require staff to cover their beards while handling food, as it felt unhygienic. The unpleasant attitude only made the experience worse.
