The plate comes with Alfredo sauce but for any reason I never knew they changed the Alfredo sauce for cheddar cheese instead but nobody has the kindness to call me and ask if I was agreed or not,not even when I picked up the Manager Ali just released the package with food without advising me any changes in my order... Ijust noted when I opened the package that I see a messy in my food which make me very upset cuz I can't eat cheddar cheese dueto a health condition I suffer. I went back to the manager and ask why they changed the sauce and he just said cuz they wasrunning out about Alfredo sauce but I asked why he didn't call me but he didn't answer. I asked to refund my money but he saysit could takes around 3-4 weeks but it happens on 05/16/2022 and since today 09/21/2022 nobody has refound nothing. I went overa month ago and ask but the manager said he can't do nothing, not even refound with another food or even same plates, he said itwas not in his hands... I'm very disappointed.

Seating waiting time was less than a min, parking on the back was clean, MJ was my server and she was really neat, attentive, friendly,and pleasant overall. Food time arrival was perfect and the food itself was tasty and well done as far as temperature andorganization of plate. The only thing I did see they can improve could be their restaurant cleanliness; booths walls were a bitdirty like ketchup/ranch residue.
