The sandwich was nothing l... read more Been a customer very infrequently in numerous stores from Colorado springs to here and several in between. This visit was a let down. The sandwich was nothing like expected. Ingredients included red onion. Did find the tiny sliver of a substance resembling red onion...the rest was downhill from that. It was take out or I would have returned it. Takes a lot for me to return food because it just gets wasted but this thing was technically a waste when they assembled it. Come on Panera..you can do better than this.

The... read more My girlfriend and I tried this location a year ago, they got our order wrong and the service was bad. We tried again today and our experience was terrible. The cold brew coffee tasted like burnt water, we literally threw out our drinks and went somewhere else to get new ones. Also they messed up our order again and they forgot part of our order. The line guy there was super friendly and hopeful though and after I made a return trip back to the restaurant he fixed the problem for me so for that reason and only that reason, I give this two stars instead of one. We will not be back.

However, at 4pm on a Saturday,... read more As always, the food was good. I got the autumn squash soup, which was very delicious, and a grilled cheese (see later in review). However, at 4pm on a Saturday, they were out of basically all their bread. They didn 't have bread bowls, sourdough baguettes, or even plain white bread for my grilled cheese, so I ended up with grilled cheese on brioche (a hamburger bun basically). Was it busy? Decently. Was it we literally don 't have any bread busy? It definitely shouldn 't have been at 4pm before dinner rush. Since I went out specifically because I was craving sourdough bread bowls and specifically went to Panera Bread specifically for their bread, I was pretty devastated that they didn 't have a crumb of sourdough anywhere.

Everything was great, as expected from Panera. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the chipotle chicken pizza.
