Drive thru workers need to be more enthusiastic about how they treat customers... Who wants to hear, KFC and that 's it????. Sounded like she was very aggravated and sick of her job. Got to the window, her energy made you question going back. Lookingsuspect, praying they 're not doing anything to your food in the back. I must say, it was weird, food was hot and good though.They need to stress the importance of the whole customer experience with their employees.
The restaurant is decent, but I’m not really a fan of their menu these days. They’ve removed gizzards and livers, and now the chicken is plant-based. That just doesn’t appeal to me.
I've encountered stale chicken on each of my last four visits, which is quite disappointing!
Always double-check your order. I was missing some chicken and ended up with extra potatoes, but the staff insisted that they always verify orders and that mine was correct. It’s frustrating—when you spend nearly $50, you expect everything to be accurate. I don't plan to return anytime soon.
