Not generally my experience from all of the other Jacks that I have visited. They were not short-staffed .

They w... read more I went in to get ice cream to go, and unfortunately, I witnessed the staff making fun of a gentleman who was placing his order at the drive-thru speaker. They were clearly mocking him behind his back as he tried to customize his order and requested something fresh. The crew made demeaning comments, saying things like, “Well, that’s not gonna happen,” while one young woman at the front counter was the only one not participating in this behavior. It was disappointing to see that the whole team joined in belittling a customer instead of doing their job properly. If you decide to order here, just be aware that they might make you the butt of their jokes. This happened on 2/18/24 with the night crew.

I had the breakfast burrito with sausage, while my partner chose the egg and sausage on Texas toast. We both loved our meals, and I'm looking forward to returning to try more items on the menu!

Although they are sup... read more I recently had a disappointing experience at Jack's in Sylacauga, Alabama. Unfortunately, the service was the worst I've ever encountered. Although they are supposed to have a new team in place, Ms. Vanclika (or however her name is spelled) is still working there, and she remains as rude as ever. I plan to continue sharing my experience and will be calling the corporate office daily until they address this issue.
