On a hot Tuesday evening in Sydney, the weather suddenly changed to a heavy downpour. I had been eager to visit the Spice Room at Circular Quay, but it was extremely crowded. It seems to be a popular choice for pre-theatre dining. I have not been able to secure a table there yet. Similarly, Cafe Ananas is also difficult to get into without a reservation. I have had a drink there before and dined at their previous restaurant, but getting a table without a reservation has been a challenge.
The pizzas at this restaurant are incredible! They are some of the best pizzas I have ever had. The beans are also really juicy. I highly recommend this place. PS: Make sure to try the pumpkin soup, it is amazing.
I stopped by for a quick glass of wine and a meat platter. The bar was busy, but the service was quick and friendly. Despite its size, the charcuterie plate was delicious.
Craved steak and the sirloin blew my mind Props to the chef for real! The colleague had a pizza and that didn't last long either, most def coming back when I'm next in town.
